Q: We are wondering if investing in Orlando, Florida would be a good idea to buy an income property now that the prices are still low? if yes would be better a single family home or condo or co-op? We live in NYC but love Orlando. Is it difficult to rent a property down there? Should we conider a foreclosure or maybe short sale?

A: Contact 3 or 4 Realtors in the Orlando area. They will be able to provide you with trends and statistics to help you decide whether this is something you want to do.
