So what's the RP about?

This RP centers around the concept of what life for the Yautja is like. Using the knowledge provided by http://avp.wikia.com/wiki/Yautja_%28Predator%29, I have designed an RP that is broad and open and has plenty of room for everyone who understands the world of the Predator.

The continuity of the movies are going to be completely discarded, though the mythology that is built up in the first Predator of hunting human beings for sport is going to be incorporated. The lifestyle of the Yautja in this RP is heavily based on the comics provided by Dark Horse and is also influenced by my Native American heritage, being very similar in concept to the nomadic and Clan/Tribe based lifestyle.

This RP will feature different Yautja which are player controlled. The Pack Leader will be determined by the strength of the character profiles that are submitted as I am interested in stepping back and letting someone else take the reins and be a leader in the RP. I will still be moderating as far as the RP rules and content, but otherwise everything that happens IC will be dictated heavily by the Pack Leader. So is it going to be you?

What do I need to join?

Put simply, you need an open and creative mind and a certain level of love and respect for the world of the Predator/Yautja. If you are familiar with the Dark Horse comics, movies, novels, or video games involving the Predator, then you have a decent jump start on the RP. Your knowledge of the Yautja doesn't need to be immense, but do study up on the website provided in the above section so that you know what it takes for the different ranks of the Yautja, the discrepancies between what the comics and movies tell you, and the overall idea of their society and lifestyle.
